Benice Acquisition, LLC offers professional acquisition and contract management services to U.S. government agencies and prime contractors. We provide comprehensive lifecycle support — from pre-award activities, such as acquisition planning, market research, solicitation preparation, proposal evaluation, and contract award, to post-award administration, including modifications, option exercises, performance monitoring, CPARS support, and compliant closeouts. This ensures complete adherence to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS).
Founded and led by Benice Dobbins, a U.S. Army veteran and DAWIA Level II Certified Contract Specialist, the founder leverages more than seven years of federal acquisition experience, supporting agencies across the Department of Defense—including the Defense Logistics Agency, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, U.S. Navy, and U.S. Air Force—as well as civilian agencies such as the Internal Revenue Service.
Her experience includes conducting market research and providing pre-award support on a $9.9M USACE IDIQ contract under the 8(a) program to identify and recommend the most qualified contractor. She also supported acquisition efforts on several firm-fixed-price contracts and urgent procurements for DLA and IRS.
