Benice Dobbins, Founder & Contract Specialist – U.S. Army Veteran, DAWIA Level II Certified

Founded and led by Benice Dobbins, a U.S. Army veteran and DAWIA Level II Certified Contract Specialist, the founder leverages more than seven years of federal acquisition experience, supporting agencies across the Department of Defense—including the Defense Logistics Agency, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, U.S. Navy, and U.S. Air Force—as well as civilian agencies such as the Internal Revenue Service.

Her experience includes conducting market research and providing pre-award support on a $9.9M USACE IDIQ contract under the 8(a) program to identify and recommend the most qualified contractor. She also supported acquisition efforts on several firm-fixed-price contracts and urgent procurements for DLA and IRS.
